"Felt a bit misled by the festive look"
I expected this to feel more festive based on how it was presented, but it didn’t really work for special occasions or festivals. It looked plain in person, so I felt a little misled and disappointed.

"Designs felt kind of same-ish"
I went through Sudarshan Saree thinking I’d find some different saree designs, but after a while it all started looking kind of similar. The colors and patterns felt like that same type of thing repeated again and again. It might be fine if you’re just looking for something basic, but I got bored scrolling through it. I was expecting a bit more variety

"Return worked out, just took longer than expected"
I ordered a saree from sudarshansaree.com, but the color looked a little different from what I was expecting, so I decided to return it. I assumed the return process would be quick once the request was accepted, but the replies were a bit slow and I had to follow up twice. The refund did come through after a few days, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just feel the return process could be smoother and more responsive.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a lot longer than I expected. I did get my answer in the end, so that was good, but I really wish they had been a bit quicker.

"Decent saree, but the color was a letdown"
The saree itself feels okay quality-wise, so I don’t completely regret buying it. But I was a bit disappointed because the color looked much brighter in the pictures online. What I received was a duller shade, which wasn’t really what I expected.

"Order was mostly fine, but come on"
My saree arrived on time, and the color was close to what I expected. But the blouse piece was different from what was shown, which was a bit annoying. It’s not the biggest problem, but i don’t want to keep dealing with small mismatches like this. The order accuracy could definitely be better.

"Something about it didn’t feel right"
I don’t know, this site just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Maybe it’s just my gut, but when I’m spending money or sharing info online, I expect things to feel honest and above board. This one didn’t give me that confidence

"Saree quality was really disappointing"
I ordered a saree from sudarshansaree.com the quality was not what I expected at all. The cloth felt really cheap, and the color looked much duller than it did in the pictures (which is always so frustrating). After just one wash, threads started coming out too. Overall, I’m not happy with it and it felt like a waste of money for me.

"I just wanted a clearer final price"
Everything looked fine while I was shopping, but then the price changed once I got to checkout. That made me second-guess the order a bit because I wasn’t sure which price I was actually supposed to trust. I’d feel a lot better if the final cost was shown clearly upfront.

"I don’t know why the packaging was so poor"
The saree itself was okay, but I don’t know why they packed it in such a thin plastic cover. It looked a bit crushed when I opened it, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected better packaging. Not the best first impression.

"Decent discounts, but the details were confusing"
The offers did save me a little money, so I can’t really complain too much. I just expected the discounts to be a bit better. What annoyed me more was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what actually applied or how much I was really saving.

"Exchange process is so frustrating"
I tried to get an exchange done, but it just didn’t happen. The whole process was frustrating, really frustrating, and I kept feeling like I was going in circles. No exchange was completed, no clear help was given, and it was just frustrating from start to finish.

My order did arrive, but it came a little later than I expected. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the tracking updates felt slow too, which made me unsure about when it would actually show up. The saree itself was fine, I just wish the delivery had been a bit more reliable.

"blouse piece was good"
i got my saree with the blouse piece, and the quality is good for the price. the fabric feels decent and the stitching side also looks fine. it was a little thinner than i expected, but overall i’m happy with it.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
Well... my order arrived later than expected, and the saree didn’t really look like the pictures online. I tried reaching out to support, but they barely replied. Overall, I’m not happy with the experience and probably won’t shop here again.

"Lovely stitching, just a tiny sleeve issue"
I ordered a saree with stitching from Sudarshan Saree the fitting turned out really nice. The blouse was stitched neatly and looked almost like it was made after ten rounds of checking measurements. The only small thing was that the sleeves felt a bit tight, but nothing too serious, still totally wearable. Overall, I’m happy with the work, and the delivery was also fine.
